Users may close their account at any time by emailing the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed.

Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 months) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance, whichever is lower.

2299bt is committed to delivering the highest level of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Technical failures by third-party payment gateways

• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence
